County Scout Council

The County Scout Council has adopted the Scout County Model Constitution set out in Chapter 5c.3 of Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) as its governing document and reaffirms this adoption annually at the AGM. This ensures the County’s governance arrangements remain aligned with current Scout policy and that any amendments to POR are automatically incorporated into the constitution.
