Support Team

Providing the infrastructure that enables Scouting to succeed.

Support Team:

The Support Team provides the essential infrastructure that enables all other teams to operate effectively. Covering areas such as safety, safeguarding, inclusion (EDI), activity permits, finance, communications, and community engagement, it ensures that governance, resources, and specialist support are in place. Its wide-ranging functions allow Programme and Volunteer Development teams to focus on delivery while maintaining compliance and quality.
