County Team:
The County Team forms the core leadership and coordination group for the county, bringing together the County Lead Volunteer (CLV), Deputy (DCLV), team leads for Programme, Volunteer Development, and Support, alongside the County Youth Lead and District Lead Volunteers. Its role is to provide overall direction, ensure alignment across districts, and maintain a cohesive approach to delivering Scouting priorities at county level.
Senior Leadership Sub-Team:
This smaller sub-team is made up of the most senior leadership roles within the County Team, focusing on strategic decision-making and high-level coordination. It acts as the driving force behind planning, governance, and ensuring that key initiatives across programme, people, and support functions are effectively implemented.
