Trustee Board:
The County Trustee Board provides governance, oversight, and strategic accountability for the county, ensuring that Scouting is properly managed, financially sustainable, and compliant with relevant regulations. It works to support and challenge the County Team, overseeing resources, risk, and long-term planning while making sure decisions are made in the best interests of young people and volunteers. By maintaining strong governance and effective stewardship, the Trustee Board enables the operational teams to deliver Scouting safely, sustainably, and in line with the organisation’s values.
