Volunteer Development Team

Volunteer Development Team:

This team is responsible for building and sustaining a strong adult volunteer base. It oversees recruitment, training, and recognition, including learning provision (such as First Aid and Wood Badge training), Young Leader development, and growth initiatives. By supporting both new and existing volunteers, it ensures the movement has the skills and capacity needed to deliver Scouting effectively.
